We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered. For patients with dental insurance we are happy to work with your carrier to maximize your benefit and directly bill them for reimbursement for your treatment. You are responsible for the percentage of benefits your plan does not cover. If you provide us with complete insurance information, we will be happy to submit a claim if applicable. Every effort will be made to closely estimate your payment, but the ultimate responsibility for any unpaid balance is yours. Please understand that insurance is a contract between you and your insurance carrier. We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
